Ministry Security of Argentina, has prepared a resolution, which requires banks to replace agents who were serving federal police inside bank branches by private security personnel .
This strategy form part of the official plan to increase the number of police in surveillance of public streets
The only exception was the National Bank , which has requested an extension 30 days the Secretariat of Public Policy and Community Relations.
The National Bank has confirmed that the request for the extension is due to the "size of the bank" with nearly 700 branches and is "financial agent of the national state" . However, other sources have assured that there is a more serious legal impediment. "The charter prevents having anyone other than a bank clerk, and one possibility is to request an exception in the resolution.
This is the resolution 402/1.375 , prepared by the Department of Homeland Security determines that the police will be placed "outside the doors of bank branches" to prevent leaks or escapes .
To replace the police, banks will have to hire security companies to take charge of monitoring face inside bank branches and supervising Alarm systems and video surveillance.
