The Afghan army will take over soon (as of July), the security in seven areas of Afghanistan, announced President Hamid Karzai recently. A first step towards the goal set for 2014, which implies that the security forces and the Afghan armed forces to provide protection throughout the country.
As this is a blog that discusses issues related to badges, emblems and uniform bodies and security forces , private security , civil protection , military and emergency medical (among others), it seemed appropriate to devote today's post to the police and military uniform beyond our borders.
